Our team works diligently to process your orders within 1 to 3 business days, ensuring they are promptly dispatched via a reliable, fully tracked courier service.
We’re committed to delivering your Swansumo apparel to your doorstep as swiftly as possible. Once your package is on its way, you can expect it to arrive between 5 to 10 business days, depending on your location. Please be aware of any public holidays that may affect these delivery times.
While we strive to adhere to our shipping timelines, please note that unforeseen delays can occur in the shipping process. All shipping times provided are estimates and specific delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.
FOR PRE-ORDERED OR BACK-ORDERED ITEMS:
In the event that your order includes pre-ordered or back-ordered items, we will ship the available products immediately. The pre-ordered or back-ordered items will be sent to you as soon as they become available. If you receive only a portion of your order, rest assured that the remaining items will follow shortly.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER:
